Cont' - Halloween & Party

Okay so I finally got the photo's back from last weekend. I would consider it all a success. The kids were happy, I am sure the sugar kicked in.
I was able to get a few good photo's at my sisters party.
We are hoping for a nice slow weekend - keeping our fingers crossed.

Back, I think....

Well somewhere among the mess is my camera with all of my photos. To say we took NYC by storm would be putting it lightly. We set the damn place on fire. I walked so much I thought my feet would fall off, and on top of it all gained 6 lbs. SWEAR. 6LBS.... As a side note, I am not sure how I could gain weight with ALL of the walking we did. Perhaps it was off balance with all of the food / drink. perhaps? Pizza at 11:30 could be the issue - but it was damn good pizza. I won't give it all away, but here is a bit of a tease. - I saw the Naked Cowboy - I went to a psychic on the street; she scared the bee-jeez out of me. ( I called my mother FREAKED OUT). - I saw Mama Mia on Broadway. Relax...

Well, it was a relaxing weekend. I am HAPPY to report. I took the time to unwind, soak up some sun, and spend time with my family. We had football on Saturday, and we won 28-0. With each passing win the ego's get bigger. I am not sure who's head is bigger my son's or dear ol' hubbys. All I know is that, they both cannot fit thru the door at the same time, because their heads take up too much room. Saturday afternoon / night we took some much needed down time. We stayed home, took naps, bbq'd and hung out on the back porch until close to 10pm. It was good for our soul and mental attitudes. We woke up Sunday a bit refreshed. We tackled the inside of our home, and moved to the outside. The house now looks like we actually live here rather than a foreclosure. I mean for REAL, we had weeds growing everywhere, smudges on the windows, and trash lids sitting next to the cans. I must say, when we take the time, we clean up nicely!! Swimsuit.

Here is the headline in my house - Happily Married Man, found with a swimsuit mag. crammed down his throat. :) For the last 3 years I have had swimsuit issues. Year 1, I was pregnant, Year 2 - just had a baby, Year 3 - this is year 3 and still carrying and extra 10lbs. Don't get me wrong I had swimsuit issues prior to having kids, but my issues have gotten worse with each passing year. This year has been no different. I ordered 3 suits and they arrived in the mail. I tried them on last week and allowed Lance to voice his opinion. Mind you, all 3 suits are now are their way back to the respective vendors. We are back at square one. So last night, while Pyper is in the bathtub, I continue my search for the 'perfect' suit. I am flipping thru the pages, torn over whether or not to attempt a 2 piece. Whatever suit is chosen must contain padding - these boobs are sad these days. So sad that Lance has asked me 3 times now if I want a boob job. The answer is no. I don...
